How it works
Training with us
The first thing we do when you arrive is give you a personalized one-on-one consultation with one of our performance specialists. We will ask you a series of comprehensive questions designed to assess your level of physical fitness, commitment, and any limitations you may have. It doesn't end there.
Then we take you through a FREE workout where we continue to assess your strengths, your opportunities, your range of motion and kinesthetic awareness. Once this is complete, we will create a customized plan within a reasonable timeline that pushes you within your abilities and that meets yours goals.
Don't waste any more time just exercising.--start TRAINING and elevate your performance and results. All you have to do is show up, be consistent and give maximum effort. We take care of the rest.
Individual Nutrition Coaching
Small group training not included. Pre-registration required. A minimum of 4 classes per month must be consumed to maintain membership.
