1) Treadmill HIIT Intervals

In the winter months, finding motivation to get outside to move can be difficult. Try this treadmill HIIT workout the next time you are at the gym.

Warm up: 3 minutes walk or jog RPE 4-5. 1 min Speed walk/Run 1 min RPE 8 1 min moderate tempo Walk/Jog RPE 6 1 min easy walk RPE 4. Repeat 8 times. 3 min slow cool down.
